About the role:
Due to a relevant expansion of our business, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Digital team in Milan. You would be in charge of developing and maintaining the relationship with strategic customers in order to expand our presence in northern Italy.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and build relationships with new customers and maintain long term relationships with customers, by comprehending their needs requirements;
• Build and implement robust account plans to set targets, define actions and track outcomes;
• Cooperation with Business Unit Managers to ensure the achievement of targets and implementing the strategic goals;
• Analyze the specific market sector, to identify new business opportunities and develop effective business strategies aimed to achieve the assigned business goals;
• Carry out market analysis and scouting with the scope of presenting to CEO and Global Sales Director a pipeline of specific projects to expand the AlteraWide offering, sharing with CEO and Global Sales Director priorities, costs, and possible completion times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Strong Experience in the Digital Market;
• Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to manage client relationships in a business development perspective;
• Proficiency in Italian and English;
• Availability for business travel (national and international);
• He/she guarantees an active collaboration with Partners and supports them in the growth of the offering;
• He/she supports and promotes collaboration with other company functions;
• Strong leadership and proven managerial and entrepreneurial spirit.
