Senior SAP ISU Billing

Expectations and tasks:
The Business Processes Senior Consultant- facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP ISU Solutions to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.  In addition, the consultant will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope the project and associated deliverables. The consultant will support implementation actively or together with an SAP expert support to provide the outcomes of the project the customer expects; as well as:

•    Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects;
•    Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews;
•    Act as a team lead/Business Processes Senior Consultant and support respective manager(s) in people development tasks;
•    Develop detailed plan of process implementation;
•    Define detailed blueprint for development requirements;
•    Lead industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP);
•    Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems);
•    Analyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary strategies to satisfy clients’ needs;
•    Act as Subject Matter Expert to address specific customer pain points and issues
•    Perform Quality assurance and Advisory Services in the area of expertise;
•    Support the internal Consulting Practice with pre-sales support, spot consulting and internal projects and commit to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP.
 
Requirements:
In addition to a Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, and a minimum of seven years’ progressive experience, the successful candidate will possess (also part of these):
•    SAP ISU consulting experience;
•    Strong knowledge of Financial/Managerial accounting and reporting processes and best practices;
•    Expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP ISU Solutions;
•    Overall knowledge of SAP ISU solutions;
•    Expertise in the integration of ISU with other SAP solutions (FI);
•    Experience with ISU S4 HANA for Utilities (could be a plus).

Knowledge of some of following ISU processes:
•    IS-U Master Data configuration (and Data migration with transaction EMIGALL) (could be a plus);
•    IS-U Billing and Invoice processes:
o    Billing the installations (mass billing)
o    Invoicing the created billing documents
o    Print the invoices treasury
•    Experience with structured methodologies for Implementation. Ideally SAP Activate;
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company;
•    Strong leadership skills;
•    A curious and innovative mindset.
